Growing Notes

Every Eulychina castanea Spiralis is a clone from one unusual plant, presenting four different growth forms.
Each new branch will have its own form, the most common of which is a bumpy monstrous surface. The second most common form is of stacks of balls, each with a cleanly divided layer of spines between them. The third form, even less common, has a perfect spiral of spines running up the stem. The final, very rare form is a crested form. It is possible to have a mix of forms on one plant, or even one stem.
