water info |
This succulent is from arid areas of Madagascar and as such likes to go almost totally dry between waterings, making it very low-maintenance. It will also tolerate going totally dry, but don’t let it sit around bone dry. Once it approaches dryness or is totally dried out, water it. This plant comes from an area with summer rainfall and is actively growing during that time, when it is forgiving of overwatering errors. Dry, shriveled brown lower leaves without new growth is a sign of under watering. Remember that if kept in a small pot your plant will want more frequent watering. |
