Growing Notes

Will grow in a surprising amount of shade, but flowers are most consistent in hot full sun.
Leaves are held and look fresh for many years. If the oldest leaves begin to look tattered, or eventually brown and die, they can be pruned back to the base of the plant to keep the rosette looking fresh.

Special Interest

This plant excels as a mass planted ground cover, especially in spring when a sea of tall flowers emerge in unison!
